Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 to 6 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.

At Just Living, your satisfaction matters. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we accept returns under the following terms :

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Use a trackable shipping service, as we’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

- We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
